APC Restructuring Plan: Dead before Inception

Every man is allowed to change his opinion on issues as he grows and matures.

2010 was a lifetime ago before the fury of current IPOB Agitation which has put the issue of restructuring front and center even compelling the Vice President to promise to see it through, so truly it is time to restructure Nigeria.

But now comes the APC in its infinite wisdom appointing El-Rufai, a politician who has vacillated on national issues exposing his ethnic and regional leanings and bias in public statements attached herein, as chairman of the parties restructuring committee.

One can only wonder why a national ruling party

In diverse Nigeria would choose a politician  lacking perceived neutrality and a lightening rod for accusations of manipulation especially at a time when it is rumored that he is the candidate of a cabal determined to force him on the country as VP if Osibanjo becomes president if ailing Buhari ever gets incapacitated.

Already, it is clear, and perhaps by intent of the APC, and why not, the made the decision, that the government has dubious intentions appointing someone so obviously compromised as a negotiator and facilitator for progress on such an issue and plan.

This post from a Biafran agitator reflects the suspicions and negativity his appointment is already generating from the very people who are forcing the government to deal with the issue and which the restructuring plan plans to pacify, Hear him:

“When I told people that even if the north agrees on restructuring, it must be on its own terms, they thought I was a noise maker.

Now, El-Rufai has been selected to head the team on restructuring and every discerning mind knows that this is a plot to protect the interest of the north eventually. Whether you like it or not, the final document or recommendations that will be produced by this team is subject to El-Rufai approval and by extension, Fulani's approval, too. And so, nothing really changes. The same order. A case of the more you look, the lesser you see.

Seems like Yemi Osibanjo is helpless in this matter. Wisdom demands that he shouldn't have approved of El-Rufai's headship of the said committe, but what else can he do since he is just an ordinary coordinator. Honestly, Osibanjo is going through a lot of hell right now and I pray he comes out the better.

Hope you have seen why we do not want restructuring but Biafra? We don't want to be stocked together any longer with people who have Stone Age mentality. I mean people who are ready to be the willing tools of the Caucasian race to subjugate the Black race. The Fulani oligarchy is an outreach of the British Crown if you don't know.

We know that restructuring is nothing but a bait to kill off our quest for Biafra, so we reject it in its entirety. They think they are wiser than us, but we saw this coming longer than they ever conceived the thought about restructuring. For every move they make, we are practically two steps ahead of them.

Let those gullible ones amongst us keep trumpeting 'restructuring'. Let those whom we have entrusted with some sort of leadership in Igboland keep shouting 'restructuring' and all that. We will never hear them nor consider their nonsensical arguments for restructuring. All we want is Biafra, and that is all. Hope this sinks in?"

One has to wonder why the affairs of Nigeria and bringing together its warring and disparate factions are being handled so tactlessly.
